Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, room temperature 
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 block cream cheese 
  • 1 tbsp Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste

Directions

  1. In a pan over low heat, melt the sugar until fully caramelized, stirring for an even golden color. Carefully pour the caramel into your flan pan and swirl to coat the bottom.
  2. In a blender, combine the eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and vanilla bean paste. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the hardened caramel. Cover tightly with foil. 4. Bake in a bain-marie (water bath) at 350°F for about 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the center is set.
