From our humble beginnings, we have evolved into a leading supplier of a wide range of exquisite products, including nut pastes, marzipan/almond paste & butters, natural fruit artisan pastes & compounds, extracts & concentrates, Craft Purée®, Beverage infusions, Premium flavoring syrups, and much more. Our headquarters is nestled in Oxnard, California, and our unwavering passion for flavor and unwavering commitment to quality have allowed us to offer over 3,500 products to bakeries, ice creameries, chocolatiers, craft beverage manufacturers, restaurants, hotels, bars, and directly to consumers.

From our modest beginnings over three decades ago, we have come a long way, now boasting a remarkable 120,000 square feet of cutting-edge manufacturing space. Our expansion is a testament to our commitment to meeting the growing demands of our customers. Recently, we reconstructed our SQF certified facility, incorporating state-of-the-art equipment that has significantly increased our production capacity by 50+ fold.
