Since 1989, when Jack, Ara, and Maral Barsoumian started our family-owned business, we’ve grown from humble beginnings into a trusted supplier of premium ingredients. Today, we offer an extensive range of products, including Nut Pastes, Marzipan and Almond Pastes, Natural Fruit Artisan Pastes and Compounds, Extracts and Concentrates, Craft Purée®, Beverage Infusions, Premium Flavoring Syrups, and much more.
Based in Oxnard, California, our dedication to exceptional flavor and uncompromising quality allows us to serve over 3,500 products to bakeries, ice creameries, chocolatiers, craft beverage makers, restaurants, hotels, bars, and directly to consumers worldwide.

From our modest beginnings over three decades ago, we have come a long way, now boasting a remarkable 120,000 square feet of cutting-edge manufacturing space.
Our expansion is a testament to our commitment to meeting the growing demands of our customers.
Recently, we reconstructed our SQF certified facility, incorporating state-of-the-art equipment that has significantly increased our production capacity by 50+ fold.
