You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

All returns must be shipped to 451 Lombard Street, Oxnard, CA 93030 and include a valid RMA number.

Once we receive your item, you will receive a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund may take several days to post to your chosen credit card’s statement depending on your card issuer’s policies.
