Return Policy

You have 60 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returned orders or cancelled purchase orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must be shipped to 451 Lombard Street, Oxnard, CA 93030 and include a valid RMA number.

Once we receive your item, you will receive a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund may take several days to post to your chosen credit card’s statement depending on your card issuer’s policies.
