Back in June, the Amoretti team woke up early and took a drive down to Plush Puffs Hand-Crafted Marshmallows in Burbank, CA!

Chef/Owner Ann Hickey took us behind the scenes to see how popular Strawberry Wild marshmallows are made with Amoretti Wild Strawberry W.S. Extract. We taste all the marshmallow and try a few of their special treats and build a custom s'more. Ann also shares her experience with Amoretti and why flavoring marshmallow is so difficult.
