I bought the pistachio flour to try a new way to make macarons. They turned out amazing and I paired it with your pistachio flavoring for my buttercream filling, I had to hide them from my husband before he ate them all

Pistachio Delicious!!!!!

LOVE the Pistachio Flour and Pistachio Flavor. Made Lemon Pistachio Cookies with the pistachio flour (used a 1/4 more of the pistachio flour and 1/4 less of the all-purpose flour) and added a 1/4 teaspoon of the pistachio flavoring for color and a pistachio boost. Decadent but better for you. Pistachio nuts are one of the lowest in calories for nuts and lower in carbs - great taste boost in a healthier package. Glad I bought two bags - going to make a pie crust this week using part pistachio flour - pumpkin and pistachio - yum!!!!

Wish you had more recipes for this product

The reason I bought more pistachio flour is because I saw Bobby and giada in Italy And a restaurant owner made pistachio meatballs with pistachios sauce so I thought I'd try my hand otherwise I have no idea how to use pistachio flower
