How to make a Strawberry Garnish

Make your cocktails and desserts unforgettable with a beautiful strawberry garnish that is simple and elegant!

STRAWBERRY FLOWER
  1. Hold your strawberry stem down and make small, vertical cuts around the base.
  2. Slowly spread the "petals" out from the strawberry.
  3. Make a second layer of cuts similar to the last, alternating between last petals.
  4. Slowly spread the "petals" out from the strawberry.
  5. Voila! Your strawberry flower is ready to garnish a cocktail or dessert!
STRAWBERRY FAN
  1. Hold your strawberry with the stem facing away from you.
  2. Make small, lengthwise cuts into the strawberry being careful to not cut into the stem.
  3. Fan out the strawberry slices.
  4. This strawberry fan makes a great garnish for cocktails or desserts like crème brûlée and panna cotta.
