Vegan Vanilla Mug Cake - Gluten Free/Vegan
This warm vanilla mug cake will give you all the holiday feels in just a few short minutes. We flavored this Gluten Free cake with a little of Amoretti® Sweet Hawaiian Bread Roll Extract and warm Amoretti® Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. of Gluten Free flour
- 1/4 tsp. of Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp. of Coconut Sugar
- 2 tbsp. of plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp. of Amoretti® Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla (2x) Extract
- 1 tsp. of Amoretti® Natural Sweet Hawaiian Bread Roll Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a mug and place in your microwave, bake in the microwave for 90 seconds (if your mug is low and wide, your cake will bake faster) Enjoy immediately, optional: top with a vegan whipped cream or ice cream 😀
