Lemon Possets
There’s something undeniably elegant about a dessert that looks luxurious but requires minimal effort. Lemon possets are the perfect example. With just a handful of ingredients, you can create a silky, custard-like dessert that feels straight out of a fine dining experience.
What Is a Lemon Posset?
A lemon posset is a traditional British dessert made from cream, sugar, and lemon juice. That’s it. No eggs, no gelatin, just a bit of culinary chemistry. The acidity of the lemon juice reacts with the cream, naturally thickening it into a smooth, spoonable texture.
The result is a rich yet refreshing dessert that melts in your mouth with every bite.

What Add Vanilla Bean Paste?
Classic lemon possets are already delicious, but a hint of vanilla elevates them even further. Incorporating Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste as a key ingredient adds rich, warm depth along with those signature specks of real vanilla. The vanilla doesn’t overpower the citrus. Instead, it enhances it, softening the tartness and bringing a smooth, balanced finish to every spoonful.
Lemon possets prove that simplicity can be extraordinary. With the addition of vanilla, they become something truly memorable. Whether you're hosting guests or treating yourself, this dessert is a guaranteed win.
