Vampire Milkshake

Looking for a spooky sip to serve this Halloween? This Vampire Frappe is the perfect treat for both kids and adults. It's rich, creamy, and just the right amount of eerie.

We blend our Amoretti® Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Premium Syrup with milk, ice, and a splash of heavy cream for a smooth, creamy base with true vanilla bean flavor. The bottom of the glass gets a swirl of our Amoretti® Milk Chocolate Premium Syrup, while the rest of the glass is drizzled with our Amoretti® Wild Strawberry Marbling Swirl for a festive, Halloween-inspired touch. To finish, we add a fun mini “syringe” of strawberry swirl that you can mix right in or drizzle over the whipped cream for extra flavor.

The result tastes like a sweet, chocolate-dipped strawberry, rich, velvety, and perfectly balanced with bright fruit and creamy vanilla.

Whether you’re serving one at home or making a whole batch for a party, this Halloween frappe is playful, crowd-pleasing, and just as delicious as it is fun to share.

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup of milk
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 pumps of Amoretti® Premium Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Syrup
• 1 pump of Amoretti® Premium Milk Chocolate Syrup
• 1 cup of ice
• 1 tsp of Amoretti® Wild Strawberry Marbelizing Swirl, to drizzle
• Whipped cream

Directions

1. In a blender, combine the milk, heavy cream, 2 pumps of Amoretti® Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Premium Syrup, and cup of ice.
2. Blend until combined. You want a soft, ice-cream like consistency. If your blender gets stuck trying to combine, add in some extra heavy cream 1 tbsp at a time. You don't want it to be too runny!
3. Once blended, set frappe to the side and prepare glass.
4. Add in 1 pump of Amoretti® Milk Chocolate Premium Syrup to the bottom of the glass. 
5. Then, drizzle 1 tsp worth of the wild strawberry swirl around the inside of the glass.
6. Pour in the milkshake, top with whipped cream, and if you're feeling extra spooky, add a syringe of some Amoretti® Wild Strawberry Marbelizing Swirl to decorate!
