Rock Candy Spritz

The Rock Candy Spritz is sweet, colorful, a little sour and refreshing! Made using our Amoretti® Premium Rock Candy Syrup to give it that classic, sweet nostalgic flavor, without the artificial aftertaste you get from some syrups.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Vodka
• 1.5 Oz. Blue Curacao
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• .5 oz Lime Juice
• 1 Pump Amoretti® Premium Rock Candy Syrup
• Sparkling Water to Taste
• Colorful Sanding Sugar for Rim
• Rock Candy for Garnish

Directions

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in your vodka, blue curacao, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Amoretti® Premium Rock Candy Syrup. Shake vigorously until shaker is frosty. 
2. Rim your glass with an additional pump of Amoretti® Premium Rock Candy Syrup, and colorful sanding sugar, then fill your glass with ice.
3. Strain your cocktail into your rimmed glass, then top with sparkling water and garnish with rock candy.
