Speculoos Cream Cheese Frosting
Embrace the flavors of autumn with this easy frosting! We think it would be delicious with pretty much any cake: chocolate, spice, vanilla, or pumpkin.
Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 oz Amoretti® Speculoos Creamy Cookie Spread
- 6 pumps (3 tbsp) Amoretti® Premium Pumpkin Pie Syrup
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Speculoos Cookie Spread and Pumpkin Pie Syrup. Mix until combined.
- Spread or pipe onto (cooled!) cakes, cupcakes, or pumpkin bread.
This frosting was delicious paired with an easy layer cake made with Pillsbury™ Perfectly Pumpkin Premium Cake Mix.
