Pomegranate Orange Balsamic Smash

Drinking vinegars are all the rage these days and with our Aged Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar you can go beyond ACV! Orange brightens while gin adds a subtle herbal backdrop to strong pomegranate. Makes 1 cocktail.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place orange slices, pomegranate, Aged Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar and Date Syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle well to release juices.
  3. Pour in lemon juice and gin.
  4. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill.
  5. Double strain into glass and garnish with additional orange and pomegranate.
