Plum Panna Cotta

Ingredients
Plum Panna Cotta
- 2 3/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin powder
- 3 tbs. cold water
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Extract
- 2 1/2 tbs. Amoretti® Natural Plum Artisan Flavor
Garnish
- Whipped cream to taste
- Fresh, sliced plums
Directions
Plum Panna Cotta
- Combine the gelatin powder and cold water in a bowl and let bloom for 5-10 minutes.
- In a sauce pan on medium heat, combine your heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Extract, Amoretti® Natural Plum Artisan Flavor and constantly stir until mixture comes to a gentle simmer (do not boil).
- Combine the cream mixture with your bloomed gelatin and stir until gelatin completely dissolves.
- Pour into dessert dishes, allow to cool for about 10 minutes, then allow to set in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
Garnish
- Right before serving, slice a fresh plum into thin wedges, then add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each panna cotta and place the plum slices on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
