Ingredients Mango Layer 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2.5 tbsp. Amoretti® Natural Mango Artisan Flavor 1 tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Extract (2x) 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin powder 2 tbsp. cold water Cream Layer 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup whole milk 1 tbsp. granulated sugar 1/4 tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Extract (2x) 3/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin powder 1 tbsp. cold water toasted pistachios (for garnish) diced mango (for garnish) Directions Mango Layer Combine gelatin powder and cold water in a bowl to bloom for 5-10 minutes. In a sauce pan on medium heat combine ingredients and stir constantly until sugar completely dissolves and mixture comes to a gentle simmer (do not boil). Add bloomed gelatin to cream mixture and stir until gelatin completely dissolves. Pour into serving dishes, allow to cool for about 5-10 minutes then put in the refrigerator to set for about 4 hours. Cream Layer Once the mango layer has set completely, in a separate bowl, combine gelatin powder and cold water in a bowl to bloom for 5-10 minutes. In a sauce pan combine ingredients and stir constantly until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a gentle simmer (do not boil). Add bloomed gelatin to cream mixture and mix until gelatin completely dissolves. Make sure your mango layer is completely set, then pour mixture into your serving dish on top of the mango layer, allow to cool for about 5-10 minutes and put into refrigerator to set for about 2-4 hours. Once your cream layer is completely set, garnish with some chopped pistachios and diced mangos. Enjoy!
