  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add butter and granulated sugar to the bowl of a stand mixed fitted with paddle attachment.
  3. Beat together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in eggs, Natural Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Artisan, and Vanilla Madagascar. Beat until combined scraping sides of bowl as needed.
  5. In a medium sized bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. 
  6. In 1 cup increments add flour mixture to stand mixer and mix until combined.
  7. Roll dough into about 2 tbsp balls and place on baking sheet.
  8. Using a fork make a criss cross indent on top of the dough. Sprinkle cookies with granulated sugar.
  9. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until lightly brown. 
  10. Let cookies cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
