Passion Fruit Pineappletini
Make this drink the highlight of every summer cocktail night or brighten up winter days with a taste of summer!
Ingredients
- 1 pump Amoretti® Passion Fruit Syrup
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 dash bitters
- ½ oz dark rum float
Directions
- Add ice to a shaker.
- Pump in Passion Fruit Syrup.
- Add vodka, pineapple juice, and bitters.
- Shake vigorously and pour into a martini glass.
- Gently pour rum over the top.
- Garnish with a fun umbrella, pineapple wedge or edible flower if desired.
