Passion Fruit Pineappletini

Ingredients

• 1 pump Amoretti® Passion Fruit Syrup
• 2 oz vodka
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 dash bitters
• ½ oz dark rum float

Directions

1. Add ice to a shaker.
2. Pump in Passion Fruit Syrup.
3. Add vodka, pineapple juice, and bitters.
4. Shake vigorously and pour into a martini glass.
5. Gently pour rum over the top.
6. Garnish with a fun umbrella, pineapple wedge or edible flower if desired.
