- ½ cup dark chocolate malt balls
- 3 large scoops (12oz) vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tsp Amoretti® Mint Chocolate Chip Compound
- ¼ tsp Amoretti® Malted Milk W.S. Extract
- whipped cream
- mint sprig
- crushed dark chocolate malt balls
- Place malt balls, vanilla ice cream, milk, Mint Chocolate Chip Compound, and Malted Milk Extract into a blender and blend on high until the malt balls and ice cream emulsify.
- Pour into a frosty glass and top with whipped cream, crushed malt balls, and a sprig of mint.
