Ingredients
- Homemade or one can of buttermilk biscuits
- 16 oz. strawberries, washed, dried and stems removed
- 2 tbsp. Amoretti® Natural Lemon Meringue Artisan Flavor
- 3-5 tbsp powdered sugar
- Whipped cream
Directions
- Prepare homemade or canned biscuits and set aside.
- In a medium sized bow add strawberries, Natural Lemon Meringue Artisan and powdered sugar.
- Smash strawberries using a potato masher or any kitchen utensil that can crush the strawberries. Once strawberries are mashed mixed together to ensure powdered sugar and Natural Lemon Meringue Artisan are well combines.
- Slice biscuit in half, fill with strawberry mix, and top with whipped cream.
