Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pumps Amoretti® Premium Violet Lavender Syrup
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. Heavy Cream (or dairy free substitute)
- 2 tsp. Honey
- 1 Egg White
- Food Grade Lavender for Garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, add in your Amoretti® Premium Violet Lavender Syrup, honey, vodka, and heavy cream.
- Shake vigorously for at least 1-3 minutes and then add ice and shake again for at least 30 seconds.
- Strain into a coup glass and garnish with food grade lavender.

Notes
- Shaking without ice first is an important step, it's called the "dry shake". This allows the egg whites to form that foamy texture we all love in a cocktail without over diluting the cocktail with ice.
