
Blueberry French Toast Iced Latte

The flavor starts with Amoretti® Premium Blueberry Syrup for a bright, fruity note, paired with Amoretti® Premium French Toast Syrup, which adds a cozy blend of cinnamon, vanilla, and maple-like sweetness. A double shot of espresso gives it that much-needed kick, while milk and ice keep things balanced.
Topped with a silky cold foam made from cream, milk, orange zest, and a touch more blueberry syrup, it’s a drink that feels thoughtfully crafted but takes just a few minutes to put together.
Ingredients
For the latte:
- 1/2 pump Amoretti® Premium French Toast Syrup
- 1 & 1/2 pumps Amoretti® Premium Blueberry Syrup
- Double shot of espresso
- 4 ounces milk of choice
- Ice
Cold foam:
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbp milk
- pinch of orange zest
- 1/2 pump of Amoretti® Premium Blueberry Syrup
Directions
Make the Latte:
- In a glass, add ½ pump of Amoretti® Premium French Toast Syrup and 1½ pumps of Amoretti® Premium Blueberry Syrup.
- Pour in a double shot of espresso and stir to combine.
- Add ice and top with 4 ounces of milk of your choice.
Make the Cold Foam:
- In a small bowl or freestanding milk frother, combine 3 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 tablespoons milk, a pinch of orange zest, and ½ pump of Amoretti® Premium Blueberry Syrup.
- Froth until thick and creamy.
Assemble:
- Gently spoon the cold foam over the latte.
- Garnish with a bit more orange zest, if desired.
