How to Make Sour Patch Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. milk
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. Amoretti® Natural Sour Patch Extract Water Soluble
Directions
- In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment beat the butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat powdered sugar in increments until fully incorporated. Scrape sides of bowl as needed.
- Add in milk and mix until a smooth consistency .
- Lastly mix in the Sour Patch Extract.
- Use to frost your favorite cupcakes, cakes, fill macarons and much more!
