Ingredients
- Pancake mix - mix enough for about 5 pancakes
- Amoretti® Pistachio Cream (Over 56% Pistachios)
- Amoretti® Crema di Dark Chocolate Syrup
- Amoretti® Dry-Toasted Kataifi (Shredded)
- Whipped Cream
- Edible gold leaf (optional)
- Crushed pistachio (optional)
Directions
- Prepare pancakes according to the package directions.
- Place one pancake on a plate and spread it with Pistachio Cream, drizzle with Crema di Dark Chocolate Syrup, and sprinkle with Kataifi.
- Top with another pancake and repeat 3-5 times.
- Top with whipped cream, edible gold, a drizzle of Crema di Dark Chocolate Syrup, and crushed pistachios.
