Creamy Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 cup Ice
• 1/4 cup condensed milk
• 2-3 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 pumps Amoretti® Strawberry Lemonade Beverage Infusion

Directions

• In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla on high speed with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. This should take about 4-5 minutes. Set aside.
• In a blender combine the ice with condensed milk and lemon juice. Blend for about a minute.
• Add in half cup of the whipped cream from the bowl and the Strawberry Lemonade Beverage Infusion then blend again until well combined and no large ice chunks remain.
• Use the rest of the whipped cream to pipe on top of the drink. Enjoy!
