Cranberry Orange Cream Jello Mold

Ingredients
- 4 - 4 oz. mandarine orange fruit cups cups
- 5 (1/4 oz.) unflavored gelatin packets
- 6.5 cups filtered water
- 1.5 cups Amoretti® Clear Organic Blue Agave
- 2 tbsp. Amoretti® Natural Cranberry Artisan Flavor Paste
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp. Amoretti® Natural Orange Cream Artisan Flavor Paste
- Cooking Spray
- Jello mold or bundt pan
Directions
- Generously coat your mold with cooking spray, making sure to get into any crevice.
- Drain oranges and set aside.
- Separate one cup of water into a bowl and mix in gelatin to bloom.
- In a medium sauce pan heat the remaining water and agave until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and mix in Natural Cranberry Artisan Flavor Paste.
- Measure off 3 cups of cranberry liquid into another medium sized bowl and set aside. This will be used to make the cranberry orange cream layer.
- Place the cranberry mixture into an ice bath to cool. Stir regularly until you reach a thick gel like consistency.
- Fold in mandarine oranges and pour mixture into mold. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until lightly set.
- Mix in the can of condensed milk and Natural Orange Cream Artisan Flavor Paste with the remaining cranberry mixture. Set aside at room temperature while fruit layer sets.
- Once fruit layer is lightly set pour the cream layer on top, cover and let chill overnight.
- To remove from the mold gently dip the mold into warm water for about 10-15 seconds. Place a serving plate on top and carefully flip over onto it, wait about 3-5 minutes for the jello mold to loosen and fall from the mold before removing. Slice and enjoy!
