Cherry-Vanilla Dirty Soda

We can't stop making this simple cherry-vanilla dirty soda. Made with cola, our Amoretti® Black Cherry Beverage Infusion, and topped with a thick Crema Di Vanilla® cold foam, it’s the kind of sweet sip you’ll be making again and again.

Ingredients

Cherry Cola

• 2 pumps Amoretti® Black Cherry Beverage Infusion
• 7.5 oz (1 mini can) of cola
• Ice
• Garnish: black or maraschino cherry

Vanilla Cold Foam

• 1 pump Amoretti® Crema Di Vanilla® Syrup
• 3 tbsp of heavy cream or coconut cream
• 1/8 tsp or pinch, of red beet powder

Directions

1. In a cup filled with ice, add the 2 pumps of Black Cherry Beverage Infusion and top with cola, leaving an inch worth of room at the top.
2. In a seperate cup or milk pitcher, add the heavy cream or coconut cream, 1 pump of Crema Di Vanilla syrup, and beet powder. Froth with a handheld mixer until the cream turns into a soft whip consistency. Note: beet powder is strictly for color, taste is undetectable.
3. Pour the foam on top of the cherry cola and garnish with a black or maraschino cherry.
4. Enjoy!
