Ingredients
Dressing
- 3 pumps Amoretti® Plum Beverage Infusion
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Salad
- 4 cups arugula
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 sliced plums
- 1 english cucumber
- 1 red onion
Directions
- In a mason jar with a lid, combine all your salad dressing ingredients, shake well and then set aside.
- Slice up your cucumber, plums, chop your walnuts and julienne your onion, set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, mix together all of the salad ingredients and toss with your plum balsamic vinegarette.
