Arugula Plum Salad

Ingredients

Dressing
Salad
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 sliced plums
  • 1 english cucumber
  • 1 red onion

Directions

  1. In a mason jar with a lid, combine all your salad dressing ingredients, shake well and then set aside.
  2. Slice up your cucumber, plums, chop your walnuts and julienne your onion, set aside.
  3. In a large salad bowl, mix together all of the salad ingredients and toss with your plum balsamic vinegarette.
