Intense strawberry flavor

I began using this in strawberry ice cream a few years ago in a small business on a Caribbean island. Only frozen strawberries were available and were somewhat lacking in taste, but the extract made up for the difference and then some. The ice cream was quite popular. I still make it for my family occasionally although the business is now closed.

I have used this flavor a number of times to enhance certain beers in the brewery and it works wonderfully!!
