Amoretti’s Sicilian Style Pistachio Praline Butter is made from salted, dark-roasted pistachios, providing the same taste and flavor of the well-known pistachios grown in the volcanic soils surrounding Mt. Etna in Eastern Sicily. Use in a variety of baked goods and cold desserts for complex and distinct pistachio flavor. While ideal as a filling in a butter croissant or baklava recipe – and in the batter of cold desserts like pistachio or spumoni ice cream – the rich flavor of our pistachio praline is also perfect when paired with a luscious milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate.
For optimal freshness, refrigeration is recommended after opening.
