This is like have 3-4 different chocolates combined, best comparison to the flavor this added to a neutral sweet base was combing chocolates form Ghana, Ecuador, and Dominican republic into one. You get, a distinct combination which makes this great when you need that extra chocolate flavor,I have used it in icing, ice cream, baked goods, mousse, and even tried it in almond milk for a bit of a personal treat.
