Nice Strong Flavor

Brie is a cheese normally used in french cuisine, commonly used in both sweet and savory pastries and various dishes. This flavor comes off pretty strong and and well defined, try a bit in a flaky pastry dough, or add to soups. I find it pairs great with a tiny bit of sweetener in soups, I have used it in broccoli soups, mushroom soups, and creamy herb soup. Pairs well with some chives and parsley, try not to overpower but compliment it and this will add a wonderful touch of goodness to your recipes.
