Definitely a good lime flavor, just not quite there with the distinct Key Lime flavor.

I used the key lime extract in my homemade marshmallows and it was delicious! It tasted just like key lime pie!

Good but not strong flavor/essence.

Hint water is so expensive, so I decided to try this, but it was not strong enough. Perhaps I should try more drops. I tried Key Lime and Pineapple. The essence and flavor are still there, and quite a variety to choose from! Thank you.
