I got this extract after having failed to replicate this flavor myself. I have since fallen in love with it, the strength is just right, it is not easily overpowered by other flavors and not too strong either. I have tried it in desert toppings, ice cream, egg dishes, and baked goods so far. IT does bake out a bit but still leaves that flavor, using it in a topping like a icing or in ice cream is where it really shines I find the perfect ratio is about 1/2-1tsp to 2 cups of a high fat icing or ice cream use a bit of cinnamon and a sweetener and you have perfection.
