French Lavender & Honey Macarons!!!

I was commissioned to bake Lavender & Honey Macarons for a co-worker's daughter's 18th French-Themed Birthday Party. So, knowing the quality of Amoretti products, I trusted that your Lavender/Violet Syrup would be just the French accent for the Swiss Meringue Buttercream to fill the macarons. And I have to tell you that they were absolutely delicious!! Magnifique!!

I absolutely LOVE the floral syrups. The orange blossom makes THE BEST latte. So different. So good. The flavor is very developed and really stands out unlike a lot of syrups that take tons of product to achieve a decent flavor. They are also beautifully aromatic. In LOVE with all 3 of these.
