Big Elderberry flavor

A lot of flavor, with a little sweetness. Works well for our beer style. Only suggestion would be a slightly less sweet version with more bitterness.

Great Flavor

I used this to make a jelly. It worked perfect, great flavor, tasted just like the actually juice. I am never dissapointed in any of these products. So versitile.
