Great with some pairings

This flavor is about spot on but leaves you room to modify it to be more dough like and along the lines of what kind of dough. It pairs well with other extracts like oatmeal cookie, peanut butter, cream cheese, etc. I found when using it in ice creams and frostings that it goes great with ground cocoa nibs or chocolate bar chopped/ground. When using it in a baked good or just about anything for that matter try combining it with a sweetener that compliments it with earthly tones like brown sugar, coconut sugar, or the sugar free options of a golden monk fruit blend, these make the flavor really come out. I find the amount to be a tad tricky you find your wanting that dough flavor to shine but at the same time adding too much of this can quickly give a off taste, be careful with flavor and adjust up slowly I found a tad over 1 tsp (5-8g) in a 2 cup or 1lb mix seems about right depending on the fat content, and sweetener used. Start lower and use drops to up if need be. IT does seem to stick around more then other WS extracts in baking/heating but still diminishes slightly gaining a more earthly cooked flavor that is not quite a bad things either.
