Definitely one of my favorites!

How did they get all those carrot cakes on the little bottle? I used this in cream cheese frosting on pumpkin cake and it was AMAZING!

Like Grandmas Cooking

The flavor for this is very nostalgic to me, DEAD on like my late grandmothers cooking. She always used to secret spice combination in her cooking and spice cakes. This flavor nails that combination. using this extract has been very emotional for me. It goes great in baked goods, I love using it in icecream, pairs great in a icing especially with coconut shreds or topped with a bit of cocoa nibs to bring it out. I really do suggest using this in a spice cake or oatmeal cookie recipe to really add a secret kick to it. Pairings wise I found it combines well with cream cheese, peanut butter, hazelnut, and coconut flavors. Usage wise about 1 tsp to 1lb or 16oz of a high fat batter/icing. start a bit less then 1 tsp at first then adjust up if you need it. I also tried using this in beverages and found a few drops to a cup coffee is absolutely wonderful.
