I really enjoyed using this almond flour as a french trained pastry chef the amazing quality of this product truly makes a difference in the end result. The flour is finely ground and avoid the entire process of having to pass it through a food processor first. I would really recommend this product to any of my fellow bakers.

Extra fine it is!

I’ve been a macaron baker for 10 years, and honestly this has got to be the best almond flours I have tested. I look out for how fine it is, and how dry it is. Since macarons cannot have a oily flour, this one was a great product for me! If there is any way to make the macaron process faster and easier, I’m in! This did not disappoint.
