Vrais fruits hyper concentrés

Les brasseurs apprécient notre gamme de produits naturels « Artisan » pour sa saveur audacieuse et intransigeante. Ce best-seller est une alternative fantastique à la purée de fruits standard, réduisant les coûts de stockage et de préparation. Les « Artisan » sont beaucoup plus concentrés que la purée. Nous recommandons de les mélanger en fin de fermentation ou de les doser en ligne vers la cuve de clarification.

Fabriqué avec des vrais fruits: Disponible en 82 saveurs
Naturel: Sans conservateurs, sans colorant artificiel
Facilité d'utilisation: Aucune réfrigération nécessaire, entièrement pasteurisé
Disponibilité: Disponible toute l'année avec la même qualité et consistance
Rendement: Pas besoin de retirer la pulpe, la quantité de bière finie est optimisée.

La plupart des brasseurs n'ont besoin que de 450 grammes d' « Artisan » par hectolitre, mais certains clients peuvent en utiliser jusqu'à 1 300 grammes pour un profil de saveur plus prononcé et fruité, ou en cas de seconde fermentation en bouteille.

Les Extracts constituent notre plus grande gamme de produits et sont les plus concentrés que nous proposons. Avec plus de 191 Extracts, nous offrons une variété de saveurs inégalée. Nos Extracts hautement concentrés et solubles dans l'eau sont généralement clairs et n'ajoutent qu'une quantité minimale de couleur, voire pas de couleur du tout, à votre produit final. Les Extracts peuvent être ajoutés à n'importe quel moment de votre processus.

FAQs

Our team works closely with breweries domestically and internationally who operate on levels ranging from a home-brew to industrial scale. Our clients tend to report two ideal points during the brewing process at which you can add our products: During fermentation (towards the end of secondary fermentation) or post fermentation, right into your brite tank or keg. Keep in mind, when adding to the brite or keg, Craft Purées, Artisan, and Compounds do contain fermentable sugars. Extracts are the only exception and can be added at any point during your process.

For a more fruit-forward flavor, we recommend adding Craft Purées, Artisans, and Compounds post fermentation. If your end result is overly sweet, our products can be added during the fermentation process (typically near the end of secondary fermentation). A slightly higher dosage may be required. The final product will be more nuanced and less sweet in comparison to a post fermentation approach.

Craft Purée®

Suggested use levels serve as a starting point. Adjustments may be needed depending on the flavor, desired finish, and style of beer. Craft Purees are naturally flavored, pasteurized, filtered, and do not require mixing and dissolving prior to dosing. We do not use artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Add near the end of second fermentation or post fermentation into your brite tank or keg. Suggested dosing method also depends on how the beverage is being stored and the activity of yeast. Craft Purees can also be used to flavor your beer by the glass.
- Suggested starting use level is about 1-3.5 oz per 1 gallon of beer
- About 0.83-2.5% by weight

Craft Purees are naturally flavored, pasteurized, filtered, and do not require mixing and dissolving prior to dosing. Add near the end of second fermentation or post fermentation into your brite tank or keg. Suggested dosing method also depends on how the beverage is being stored and the activity of yeast. Craft Purees can also be used to flavor your beer by the glass.

- Suggested starting use level is 0.01 - 0.02 % by weight
- About 1.5-3 oz by weight per 111 gallons
- About 43-85 grams per 420 litersExtracts are the most concentrated product line offered and are naturally flavored with little to no sugar, because of this the desired sweetness and tartness of your final product should be established prior to dosing. Add near the end of second fermentation or post fermentation into your brite tank or keg.

Our products are pasteurized and shelf stable. Therefore, we do not need to package our products aseptically. Our facility is SQF Level 3 certified with an extensive QA program, our products are stable and safe for beer.

Our Artisan Natural Flavors, Craft Purée®, and Compounds may add color to your final product depending on the flavor, product line, or use level. While most extracts do not contain color, the majority of our Artisan Natural Flavors, Craft Purées®, and Compounds do.

Yes. While our products are often designed for a specific use, many clients have found unique applications. These applications include cider, spritz, seltzers, kombucha, cocktails, mocktails, and smoothies. The same use levels of each product line apply but may require adjustments depending on your desired end result and the existing flavor profiles within your beverage.
