I was expecting to get something that I had to use a lot of to get the flavor of the toasted coconut but I was soooo wrong, it works way better than advertised. I have made buttercream, cakes, cookies, and custards. The first thing I made was the buttercream so I had a chance to test out the strength of the product. All you need to do is use the some measurements as regular store extract and you will get such a rich flavor, I was so surprised when I first tasted the buttercream that if I didn't know any better I would have sworn that someone gave me puréed toasted coconut in whipped form it was that "true to taste". I honestly will never buy another flavor from anyone else I have found my supplier for every flavor I will ever use.
