I placed an order for this product because my usual supplier was out of stock. When I placed the order, 10 days later my order still did not ship. Amoretti makes the product fresh to order but I needed the product to fill orders and I was getting stressed because I did not have any almond paste. I spoke to a customer service rep and within one day they processed a replacement order since the product was not made yet and they shipped the product over-night to me at their cost. I am very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the product I received. Amoretti has won over my business with their fantastic product and customer service.
