Persimmon Extract

I really love the scent and flavor of the Amoretti Persimmon Extract, I used it in it my smoothie and my grandkids nor I could smell the spinach I put in it 😉

Excellent enhancement

As most extracts this is strong but worth every drop. Used in a persimmon pound cake that used 1 1/2 cups of pulp. This was just the right touch to amplify the fruit flavor/aroma. My house smelled amazing while baking. Everyone raved about the flavor of the cake.
