I bought this to put into croissants. I only filled a few of my croissants with this since I hadn’t worked with it before and typically my husband won’t eat many (if any) of the almond flavored treats I make. I only got one of my almond croissants because he ate the rest. It is SO good. This will now be a staple in our pantry for almond fillings.
