Is exactly as I remember it. I'm extremely satisfied. I wish it were available in Canada. I don't understand why this flavour isn't sold in Canada. If it is somewhere I'd appreciate knowing where that is.

Perfect for Chai Tea

A restaurant near me has a lovely chai tea with a strong anise flavor, but I could never replicate it at home. I tried adding anise to my tea bag but it was never as strong as I would like. So I gave this a try and it is exactly what I was looking for. It has a strong anise flavor and aroma, just the right amount of sweetness, and blends in perfectly with a chai tea. It is a bit thicker than some of the other syrups from Amoretti, so don't be concerned if it doesn't pump as smoothly as a French vanilla syrup.
