Ingredients:

Matcha Latte:
Cold Foam

Directions

  1. In a bowl and with a sieve, sift the matcha. Add the warm water over top and whisk with a traditional matcha whisk or handheld electric frother.
  2. Add the syrups to the warm matcha and mix together.
  3. In your glass, add the milk and ice. Top with the matcha and stir together.
  4. In a seperate cup, add the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla bean syrup. Froth until a soft, whipped cream consistency forms.
  5. Pour the cold foam over the matcha, and garnish with a dollop of lemon curd and crushed Nilla wafers.
  6. Enjoy!
