Winter Wonderland Cocktail
Shake up those cold nights with a cocktail that looks like winter, but tastes like the tropics.
This Winter Wonderland cocktail is a trip for your senses. Filled with pineapple juice, coconut cream--thanks to our Amoretti Coconut Marbleizing Swirl--white rum, and zero-proof version of Blue Curacao.
To get that bright, Blue Curacao flavor-- without the alcohol, of course-- we used our Premium Blue Curacao Syrup.
Like all of our premium syrups,
Ingredients
For the Rim:
- 1-2 pumps of Amoretti Clear Organic Blue Agave Nectar
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
For the Drink:
- 2 1/2 ounces white rum
- 2 barspoons of Amoretti Coconut Marbleizing Swirl
- 2 pumps of Amoretti Premium Blue Curacao Syrup
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- Ice
Directions
For the Rim:
- Grab two plates. On the first one, pump at least 1-2 pumps worth of the Amoretti Clear Organic Blue Agave Nectar. Then, add the shredded coconut to the other plate.
- Dip your cocktail glass in the agave, then into the shredded coconut. Cover until agave isn't noticeable.
For the Drink:
- In a shaker glass, add in the white rum, pineapple juice, Amoretti Premium Blue Curacao Syrup, Amoretti Coconut Marbleizing Swirl, and ice. Shake until combined.
- Fill your rimmed glass with fresh ice and pour in the drink.
