Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, add in the sweetened condensed milk, salt, Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon European Style Extract and Amoretti® Peppermint Extract, whisk until combined and then set aside. 
  2. In a large bowl using a hand or stand mixer add the heavy whipping cream and Amoretti® Natural Ruby Red Food Color, mix until stiff peaks form. 
  3. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk then fold the remaining whipped cream in until just combined. 
  4. In a microwave safe bowl, add the Amoretti® Peppermint White Chocolate Spread and microwave for about 30 seconds until smooth and pourable.
  5. In a 9x5 loaf pan, scoop 1/3 of your ice cream mixture and smooth out, then pour in 1/3 of you melted Amoretti® Peppermint White Chocolate Spread and top a third of your crushed peppermints. Using a toothpick or butter knife swirl the toppings into the ice cream. Repeat for all remaining ingredients. 
  6. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of the surface of the ice cream and freeze for at least 8 hours.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
