White Chocolate Peppermint Blondies

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 2.5 tbsp. Amoretti® White Chocolate Compound
- 1 Tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Extract 2x
- 1/2 tsp. Amoretti® Peppermint Extract
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 dark chocolate chips melted
- 1/4 white chocolate chips melted
- Crushed peppermints to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. and spray a 9x9 baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a bowl with a hand or stand mixer, mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined and then add in the eggs, white chocolate compound, vanilla and peppermint extracts and mix until completely combined.
- Add in the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until just combined.
- Add in the white chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
- Pour batter into your grease baking pan and bake for 30 minutes until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool completely then melt your white and darkchocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Sprinkle on the crushed peppermint and then cut into squares before the chocolate completely dries.
