Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients

• 400g fresh watermelon
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 tsp. Amoretti® Natural Watermelon Artisan Flavor
• 1/2 tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste

Instructions

1. Scoop 400 grams of fresh watermelon into Ninja Creami container.
2. Add Amoretti® Natural Watermelon Artisan Flavor, Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste, and the juice of 1 fresh lime.
3. Muddle ingredients together until no large chunks of watermelon are left and freeze overnight.
4. The next day, remove Ninja Creami container from freezer, attach to machine, and choose your settings (Scoop, Sorbet).
5. If after one spin, the mixture still looks icy, use a knife to scrape down the sides, reattach, and press "re-spin."
6. Serve and enjoy!
