Vinaigrette 3-Ways
Take your salad from good to great with one of these vinaigrettes!
Ingredients
MUSTARD HERB VINAIGRETTE- 6 tbsp Amoretti® Organic Extra Virgin Finishing Olive Oil
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp of salt
- ¼ tsp of peppe
- 2 tbsp herb paste
- 6 tbsp Amoretti® Organic Extra Virgin Finishing Olive Oil
- 5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp Italian herb paste
- ½ tsp Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar Clear
- 4 tbsp Amoretti® Organic Extra Virgin Finishing Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar, Clear
- ½ tsp Amoretti® Natural Habanero Hot Pepper Extract O.S.
Directions
MUSTARD HERB VINAIGRETTE- Combine all ingredients in a jar or small bowl.
- Whisk to emulsify.

- For the herb paste: if you can’t find Italian herb paste then finely dice fresh thyme, rosemary and oregano or use a dried blend.
