Vinaigrette 3-Ways

Take your salad from good to great with one of these vinaigrettes!

Ingredients

MUSTARD HERB VINAIGRETTE

6 tbsp Amoretti® Organic Extra Virgin Finishing Olive Oil
5 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp dijon mustard
¼ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of peppe
2 tbsp herb paste

LEMON VINAIGRETTE

6 tbsp Amoretti® Organic Extra Virgin Finishing Olive Oil
5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp Italian herb paste
½ tsp Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar Clear

SPICY SOY VINAIGRETTE

4 tbsp Amoretti® Organic Extra Virgin Finishing Olive Oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar, Clear
½ tsp Amoretti® Natural Habanero Hot Pepper Extract O.S.

Directions

MUSTARD HERB VINAIGRETTE

Combine all ingredients in a jar or small bowl.
Whisk to emulsify.

LEMON VINAIGRETTE

Combine all ingredients in a jar or small bowl.
Whisk to emulsify.

SPICY SOY VINAIGRETTE

Combine all ingredients in a jar or small bowl.
Whisk to emulsify.

TIPS:

For the herb paste: if you can’t find Italian herb paste then finely dice fresh thyme, rosemary and oregano or use a dried blend.
