Vanilla Pudding with Amoretti Swirls

Skip the store bought pudding and easily make it at home with a few ingredients you likely already have! Once your pudding is finished add a twist of flavor to it with you favorite Amoretti® Swirl Flavor.

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 2 + ¼ cup milk
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
• 1 tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Water Soluble 2X
• To taste, your favorite Amoretti® Swirl

Directions

1. In a sauce pan mix together sugar, cornstarch, salt, milk and egg yolks. 
2. Heat mixture until bubbling throughout, whisking occasionally.
3. Once bubbling heat for another 2 minutes and whisk just once or twice.
4. Remove from heat and strain trough a a fine strainer.
5. Stir in butter and vanilla and transfer to a large serving bowl or individual jars.
6. Once cooled stir in your desired amount of Amoretti® Swirl and enjoy!
